Healthy Bran Muffin Recipe
(Makes 16 muffins)
2 cups whole-wheat flour
1 1/2 cups nakedness bran
1 1/2 cups oat bran

1/2 prize honey
3 eggs, slightly beaten
2 cups rice or soja milk
1 tbsp. hot powder
1 tsp. seafaring salt

2 job apples, shredded
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 bananas, mashed
1 prize pecans or walnuts, cut dustlike (optional)
1 prize raisins (optional)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Beat oil, Sucanat, honey, herb pulp, mashed
bananas, cut apples, foodstuff and concentrate together. Add the cereal and oat bran
and permit set 10 minutes. Pre-mix the parched ingredients and crimp into the bran variety
