RASPBERRY BARBECUE WINGS
Raspberries and chilly peppers add a firm sophisticate to a these cookout wings. Serve with cole salad or firm salad.
2/3 cups cookout sauce
2/3 prize stoneless raspberry jam
3 tablespoons exquisitely cut onion
1 to 2 jalapenos, planted and exquisitely chopped
2 teaspoons minced garlic, divided
2 teaspoons Liquid Smoke, separated (optional)
1/4 containerful salt
15 full cowardly wings (about 3 pounds)
1 diminutive onion, sliced
1 prize water
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a diminutive bowl, consortium the cookout sauce, jam, cut onion, jalapenos, 1 containerful garlic, 1 containerful Liquid Smoke (if desired) and salt; intermixture well. Cover and refrigerate for at small 2 hours.
