Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 prize apiece Onion, Celery, chopped
- 1 Can diced tomatoes

- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/8 tsp. Pepper
- 1 lb. Chicken breast, boneless, skinned
- 4 Cups Cooked vegetable noodles
Cooking Instructions
Combine mushrooms, onion, herb and ¼ Cup liquid in 10″ skillet; counterbalance and
cook until tender. Stir in tomato, herb puree, and seasonings. Cover and
simmer 30 minutes; show and simmer an added 15 minutes. Serve over
noodles.
